Here's a shot from last nite. We went to Ashton but that was a big mistake as it was clear here in Des Moines and clouded out up there. This I took from my driveway right at the end of totality, you can just start to see the sunlight hitting the bottom right of the moon. It was a pretty site with Saturn(lower left) and the bright star Regulus (above) all just sitting there in the sky. Click on photo for large version.

Lunar Eclipse photo from last nite

Beautiful! I only saw the first part of the eclipse, I was in Des Moines... I was stuck in the snow in my driveway during the totality of it, and got out to see if I could see it, but it was either cloudy, or I froze before I could find it! Barbara
